Refund Policy and Cancellations
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that work has not yet started.
Once any service work, design process, strategy development, technical implementation, or consultation has begun, payments become non-refundable due to the allocation of professional time and resources.
Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed usage rights to the final deliverables created specifically for them. Ownership does not transfer until payment has been received in full.
